Food, Story, and Place: An Immersive Retreat in Italy
Drawing on Lodo's Italian heritage and her background in food, sustainability, and narrative medicine, we bring an essential dimension to the healing process: food. Through travel and culinary discovery, we invite participants to explore how nourishment, storytelling, and place intertwine.
Our 8-day retreat, set between one of Italy's most beloved cities and its surrounding countryside, weaves together Narrative Medicine sessions with hands-on cooking classes, wine tastings, and shared meals. Each day balances reflection and embodiment, inviting participants to rediscover connection, creativity, and well-being through stories, flavors, and community.
